A Quick Primer

About Me

As our world continues to integrate data and technology into our everyday lives, the bridge between technical experts and the general public is becoming even more important. My transition from a project manager to an analytics professional allows me to understand the perspectives from both sides. Being able to simplify complex problems into more managable pieces is the key to tackling tomorrow's challenges.

After finishing my MS Analytics degree from Georgia Tech, I wanted to continue developing my skills in the data science and analytics space. I became more engaged in the community and started participating in local hackathons. The camraderie I witnessed really encouraged me to start sharing my experiences so that it might help others.

A little bit about me personally, I grew up in New York City, where I quickly learned about grit and perserverance. My beautiful and wonderfully supportive wife, our energetic and adventurous daughter, and our deceptively cunning dog are all pictured below. We love to travel and will try almost anything at least once. A few of my other interests include sustainable living/design, personal fitness/wellbeing, and board games with friends.
